The lamest excuse I hear when it comes to mindset training:
I'm too busy.
Really? Too busy to invest in the only thing that makes the rest of your universe possible?
Nonsense.
The reality is you're avoiding it because it's uncomfortable.
You think it seems weird. You’ve been told it means you’re “weak.” You don’t know where to begin.
Those I can accept, because we can overcome them.
Telling me you don’t have 10 minutes to make progress on your mind, however, I can’t.
Plus, the downstream benefits will save you way more time than what you put in up front. You’ll be better focused, more even-keel, and more purposeful in your action.
As a result, you’ll be more productive, a better performer, and likely a more enjoyable person, too.
What are you waiting for?
Here are 5 things you can do for your mindset in 10 minutes or less:
Walk for 10 minutes outside.
10 minutes of meditation.
Performance journal.
Gratitude journal.
Practice imagery
It’s not hard to reap the benefits…
