High performance happens in a community.
That's why, early this year, I launched the High Performance Circle. It's a space for performance practitioners to push each other, get better, and build better businesses. And for February, I have 3 open spots left (to start Monday).

The performance benefits of a strong community can’t be understated.
Social connection leads to resilience, well-being, and better performance. And a good community is built on a few key features.
The first is a sense of belonging. When people feel like they are a part of something greater than themselves, they’re more motivated to keep going when things get hard and more willing to strain themselves toward the end of big energy expenditure.
The second is strong interpersonal relationships. These relationships help people feel well-resourced under stress and provide a sense of meaning to the work. When things get tough, these relationships become a source of challenge and support to drive performance forward.
Third is shared experiences. When you go through life with other people, you form a deep bond over what you navigate together. You create a shared mental model of the world and how to succeed, and that helps you learn quickly as you have the benefit of watching other people move through the same situation in ways you don’t.
Each pillar promotes performance.
But to get the most out of a community, you have to invest in it. You need to duly immerse yourself in the group and commit to doing your part to move it forward.
If you do that, the rewards you’ll reap outpace anything you’d get on your own.
